Walter Conrad-Eybesfeld

Walter Conrad-Eybesfeld (born February 19, 1888 in Groß-Enzersdorf ; † September 9, 1967 on the journey from Vienna to South Tyrol ) was an Austrian diplomat .

Life

Walter Conrad-Eybesfeld was the son of Heinrich Baron Conrad-Eybesfeld. He was married to Livia Souper (born October 3, 1894 in Preßburg , † August 31, 1988 in Klosterneuburg ). From 1931 to 1935 he was employed in the Austrian Foreign Office with socio-political tasks. From 1935 to 1940 he was deputy head of the Migration Office . In 1941 he was put on hold. In 1946 he was temporarily employed in the legal department (6) of the Foreign Office. From 1947 to 1949 he was a political representative in Belgrade . From 1950 to 1953 he was Envoy Extraordinary and Ministre plénipotentiaire , political representative in Warsaw .
