Walter Damián Montillo (born April 14, 1984 in Lanús ) is an Argentine football player .

Career

He started his career in the youth team of CA San Lorenzo de Almagro . During his career he was active in Mexico , Chile , Brazil and the People's Republic of China . His greatest achievement was winning the Copa Sudamericana 2002 with the CA San Lorenzo de Almagro.

In December 2016, Montillo signed a contract for the 2017 season in Brazil, where he signed a contract with Botafogo FR . In June of that year the contract was terminated by mutual agreement due to violations. He then stayed without a new club until the end of the year. In January 2018 he signed with CA Tigre in his home country .

For the 2020 season, Montillo moved to Chile to the CF Universidad de Chile , where he was already active from 2008 to 2010.

National team

He played in the U-20 national youth team of Argentina. In the senior team, however, he only made four appearances.
