Wang Xiaozhu ( Chinese 王 小竹 ; born May 15, 1973 ) is a former Chinese archer .

Career

Wang Xiaozhu took part in the 1992 Summer Olympics in Barcelona . There she managed to win the silver medal in a team competition with Wang Hong and Ma Xiangjun . In the individual , she lost the competition for bronze against Natalia Valeeva from the United Team and was fourth. A year later she was able to win the bronze medal with the team at the World Championships . This was followed by a gold medal at the Asian Games in Hiroshima in 1994 , a second Olympic participation in 1996 , albeit without a medal, and another silver medal at the Asian Games in 1998 in Bangkok .
