Warm Beach is a census-designated place (CDP) in Snohomish County , Washington state . As of the 2010 United States Census , Warm Beach had a population of 2,437. On the basis of per capita income , one of the more reliable measures of wealth, Warm Beach ranks 66th out of 522 compared areas in Washington State.

Warm Beach is home to the Warm Beach Christian Camps and Conference Center , which hosts the annual Lights of Christmas Festival in December.

As of the 2000 census , Warm Beach had 2,040 residents, 768 households, and 595 families. The population density was 202 per km². There were 866 housing units at an average density of 85.7 per km².

The population was 95.74% White , 0.15% African American , 0.64% Native American , 0.69% Asian , 0.15% Pacific Islander , 0.64% from other "races" and 2.01% from two or more "races" . Hispanics or Latinos of "any race" made up 1.52% of the population.

Of the 768 households, 33.3% had children under the age of 18, 68.8% were run by married couples living together and 5.9% by single mothers; 22.5% were non-families. 17.1% of the households were singles and 5.9% were single people over 65 years of age. The average household size was 2.66 and the average family size was 2.97.

The median age in the city was 40 years. 25.1% of the population were under 18, 6% between 18 and 24, 27.9% between 25 and 44, 26.7% between 45 and 64 and 14.3 65 years or older. There were 99.6 men for every 100 women, and 98.6 men for every 100 women over the age of 18.

All information on median income relates to the median. The median household income was US $ 51,420 and that of families was US $ 53,611. Men had a median income of US $ 50,240 versus US $ 28,482 for women. The per capita income was US $ 26,783. About 4.1% of families and 8.9% of the total population lived below the poverty line ; this affected 23.1% of the under 18 year olds and none of the over 65 year olds.
