The moat is a tributary of the Mur and thus belongs to the river system of the Danube . Its source is in Rattenberg , it flows into the Obermoosbach in Flatschach - a tributary of the Rattenbergerbach , which in turn joins the Flatschacherbach to form the Linderbach .
