Wassili Gavrilowitsch Grabin
Vasiliy grabin ( Russian Василий Гаврилович Грабин * December 28, 1899 . Jul / 9. January 1900 greg. In Staronischesteblijewskaja ; † 18th April 1980 in Kaliningrad , Moscow Oblast ) was a Soviet chief designer of artillery. The anti-tank gun SiS-2 , the field guns F-22 , USW , SiS-3 , BS-3 and the combat vehicle guns F- 34 and SiS-5 were developed under his leadership.
