Watcharapong Klahan ( Thai : วัชร พงศ์ กล้า หาญ ; born August 31, 1978 in Suphanburi ) is a former Thai football player in the position of goalkeeper .

Career

He began his career in the youth of FC Thai Farmers Bank and joined the club's senior team in 2000. In the course of the Asian crisis , the club was dissolved and he moved to FC TOT . With the club he rose from 2002/03 to the second Thai division and a year later. When the club could not hold the league again in 2005, he moved to FC Bangkok Bank . He played for the club for only one year and then moved to his current club Chula United FC .

For the Thai national team he already played in the U-17 . With her he took part in the 1996 U-17 soccer Asian championship and reached the final of the tournament. So they were also qualified for the finals of the U-17 World Cup in 1997 , where Watcharapong was also back in the squad. He then continued his career in 1999 in the squad of the U-23 who fought for qualification for the 2000 Summer Olympics in Sydney.

For the senior team he was possibly called up for the squad several times, but was probably not used.
