action
The series is about the Sydney Water Police ( water police in Sydney ) and accompanied the investigators in the fight against crime in Port Jackson , the harbor of Sydney. The work of several teams is shown. First, a team of plainclothes police officers who investigate murders and, if necessary, solve them themselves or pass them on to the homicide squad. The second team is the team on the Nemesis , a speedboat of the water police. The third team shows the divers to the police. Last but not least, there are the police officers who work at the counter. Colin Friels and Catherine McClements starred in the series before leaving in 1999. Steve Bisley, Aaron Pedersen and Dee Smart later starred. In the sixth and final season, the episodes put more emphasis on the life of the police.
The executive producer Kris Noble blamed the rising costs for the cancellation of the series.
