The core of the courtyard is from the 16th and 17th centuries. It was given its current appearance in the course of structural changes in the 18th century and later. It is part of the historic city center of Deidesheim. To the east, towards the Wine Route , is a late Gothic sandstone gate. It is marked with the year 1546 and its bevel has bulges that overlap in the apex. The former kitchen is spanned by a groin vault and there is a fountain in the barrel-vaulted cellar below. The barn of the property dates from the 18th century, the basement exit here is marked with 16 IF 30.
