World Soil Day

The World Soil ( English World Soil Day ) is an international day of action on 5 December . He was appointed by the International Soil Science Union (IUSS) at its 17th World Congress in August 2002 in Bangkok . It is intended to set an annual mark for the importance of the natural resource soil and to promote soil protection .

The Soil of the Year is proclaimed every year on World Soil Day for the following year. Previous floors of the year were:
