Wendula Dahle
Wendula Dahle (nee Weiß) (born December 15, 1937 in Hamburg ) is a German philologist , university professor and author. She is also the author of travel books .
Life
In 1968, Wendula Dahle submitted her German dissertation on Military Terminology in German Studies 1933 to 1945 at the Philosophical Faculty of the Free University of Berlin . Until her retirement she was professor for German and cultural studies at the University of Bremen , where she taught linguistics and literature. This also included didactics with a focus on didactics of German. Another focus of her work was the cooperation between school and university. In addition, she has researched the history and current conditions in independent Namibia for the University of Bremen and lived and worked in Namibia for this period.
