Werner Johannes
Werner Johannes (born November 20, 1805 in Meiningen ; † October 19, 1871 ibid) was a German businessman , manufacturer and politician .
Life
Johannes was the owner of a cotton factory in Meiningen.
From November 17, 1848 to May 22, 1849 he was a member of the Frankfurt National Assembly for the Duchy of Saxony-Meiningen in Meiningen in the Württemberger Hof fraction .
In 1848/49 he was also a member of the city council in Meiningen and in 1849 of the Gotha post-parliament .
