Werner Rank (born June 5, 1968 in Herrieden ) is a former German soccer player and current coach of SV Cronheim.

Career

Rank came to Blau-Weiß 90 Berlin in 1992 . With the Berliners he played in the 1991/92 season in the northern season of the 2nd Bundesliga . He completed ten games in the second half of the season. He scored his first goal in his first. In the 58th minute of the game against BSV Stahl Brandenburg , he scored a 1: 2 lead, the game ended 2: 2. Berlin got the license revoked at the end of the season and the club dissolved. Rank moved to BSV Stahl Brandenburg , where he was under contract for a year. He then signed a contract with Bundesliga club Dynamo Dresden . For Dynamo he gave on the 4th matchday against SG Wattenscheid 09his debut. After two years in the Bundesliga and twelve appearances, Rank moved to FC Rot-Weiß Erfurt . He then played for FC Augsburg , VfR Mannheim , TSV Crailsheim , SpVgg Ansbach , Tura Untermünkheim, SG Herrieden, FC / DJK Weißenburg and SV Bergheim. Rank lives in Gunzenhausen and trains for the locally based SV Cronheim.
