Werner von Gustedt

Werner von Gustedt (born October 14, 1813 in Braunschweig , † October 1, 1864 in Halberstadt ) was district administrator in the Halberstadt district in the Prussian province of Saxony and in the Rosenberg district in West Prussia . He owned the Rhoden estate in the Halberstadt district and the Garden estate in the Rosenberg district in West Prussia.

Life

He came from the Hildesheim nobility family Gustedt with the same name and was the son of Joachim Philipp von Gustedt (1749-1814). His father died when Werner was just one year old.

Gustedt became engaged in 1837 in Kissingen with Jenny Rabe von Pappenheim , the niece of Napoleon, and married her on 6 March 1838 in Weimar . From this marriage u. a. Otto von Gustedt (1839–1905) and Werner von Gustedt-Lablacken (1842–1908).

From 1860 until his death in 1864 he was district administrator in Halberstadt .
