The Weser-Aller-Flachland is a natural spatial unit in the north German lowlands . It extends over most of the southern catchment area of ​​the Aller with the lower reaches of the Oker and Leine and is bordered to the west by the Central Weser .

It is naturally bounded by the Stader Geest , the Lüneburg Heath , the Wendland and the Altmark in the north; in the east the central German black earth region , in the south the northern Harz foreland and the Lower Saxony Börden and in the west the Dümmer-Geest lowlands and the Ems-Hunte-Geest . In the numbering of the Federal Agency for Nature Conservation it bears the number D31.
