course

The White River rises at White Pass, which separates the headwaters of the White River from those of the North Fork Sauk River and flows eastward to the confluence of Thunder Creek. From there the river flows the entire rest of the course southeast to the very end of Lake Wenatchee. About halfway between the confluence of Thunder Creek and the mouth, the river plunges over the impressive White River Falls and just below it the remote Napeequa River flows into it.
