A father who left his family many years ago returns broke and in debt and tries to find shelter with his daughter by pretending to be paralyzed. Although the daughter knows that the father is only faking his illness, she takes him in and takes care of him lovingly. But when he learns that his daughter is getting married soon and he is not invited to the wedding, he breaks the bluff and seeks forgiveness. However, the daughter cannot forgive him. A tragic accident occurs.
