Viktor Saizew

Viktor Saizew ( Russian Виктор Зайцев , English transcription Viktor Zaytsev ; born June 6, 1966 in Tashkent ) is a former Uzbek javelin thrower .

Starting for the Soviet Union , he won silver at the 1990 European Athletics Championships in Split, but did not get beyond the preliminary round at the World Athletics Championships in Tokyo the following year .
