Wilhelm Adolf Lindau
Wilhelm Adolf Lindau (born May 24, 1774 in Düsseldorf , † June 1, 1849 in Dresden ) was a German lawyer, translator and writer.
Life
In particular, he became known as a translator of the works of Sir Walter Scott . From 1832 to 1834 he lived in Leipzig , where he edited the conversation lexicon of the latest time and literature
