Wilhelm Francke
Wilhelm Francke (born September 13, 1812 in Greifenberg in Pomerania ; † 1878) was a manor owner and member of the Reichstag .
After attending school in Stettin , he worked as a merchant in Stettin and Memel from 1827 to 1853 . In 1853 he acquired the Lesgewangminnen manor (1938 to 1946: Lesgewangen) in the Ragnit district in East Prussia .
From 1871 to 1878 he was a member of the German Reichstag for the German Progressive Party and the Reichstag constituency, Gumbinnen 2 district .
