Wilhelm Goedecke

Wilhelm Heinrich Victor Goedecke (born February 10, 1800 in Beilstein , † February 13, 1871 in Wiesbaden ) was a Nassau civil servant and member of the state parliament.

Life

Wilhelm Goedecke attended the school in Höchst and from 1817 to 1820 the grammar school in Weilburg . After graduating from high school, he studied law at the University of Göttingen from 1820 to 1825 . From 1825 to 1833 he was an official advisor in the offices of Höchst , Marienberg , Wehen , Diez and Limburg . From 1833 to 1841 he was the official secretary in Limburg and Rüdesheim . From 1843 to 1866 he was bailiff in Königstein (1841–1843), Hachenburg (1843–1848), Diez (1854–1857) and Braubach (1857–1867) before he was retired in 1867.

Wilhelm Goedecke was elected to the second chamber of the estates of the Duchy of Nassau in a by-election for Bitzer in constituency IV (Hachenburg / Marienberg) in 1853 . He held the mandate until 1857.

family

Wilhelm Goedecke was the son of the court chamber councilor and rent master Friedrich Christoph Goedecke (* May 3, 1764 in Ems; † December 8, 1822) and his wife Theresa (Theodora) Johanette Augusta née Conradi (* December 24, 1771 in Diez), the daughter of the bailiff and judicial advisor Philipp Peter Conradi and Johanette Katharina nee Thielmann.

Wilhelm Goedecke, who was a Protestant denomination, married Helene Theresia née Wolff.
