Wilhelm Heller

Wilhelm Heller (* 1888 ; † after 1932) was a German administrative officer and district administrator .

Life

Wilhelm Heller studied law. In 1911 he became a court trainee, in 1912 a government trainee. In 1917 he was a government assessor and unskilled worker in the Arnswalde and Lyck district offices and then a government trainee in Allenstein .

In 1920 he worked for the Upper Presidium of the Rhine Province . At the same time, he was a member of the Foreign Office commission in Posen , which was working on establishing the German-Polish border. In 1921 he became a councilor and in 1922 a senior councilor.

Wilhelm Heller was politically close to the German People's Party (DVP). From 1929 he was provisional, then in 1930 officially District Administrator of the Usedom-Wollin district . He was a member of the examination committee for senior administrative officials. He sat on the supervisory board of the Swinoujscie gas and electricity works and was director of the district fire society. On May 5, 1933, he was given temporary retirement .
