Wilhelm Krumbacher

Wilhelm Krumbacher (born February 6, 1891 in Munich ; † April 30, 1965 there ) was a German businessman.

Life

Krumbacher attended primary school in Munich and completed an apprenticeship in a textile wholesale company from 1905 to 1907. In 1908/09 he attended the higher textile school in Münchberg and then worked as a commercial clerk at textile companies in Frankfurt a. Main, Worms and Zurich. After participating in World War I, he was established as an independent textile retailer in Munich from 1919 ( textile house Wilhelm Krumbacher ). From 1946 he was chairman of the regional association of the Bavarian retail trade and from 1951 vice-president of the main association of the German retail trade .

From June 1, 1956 until his death he was a member of the Bavarian Senate .
