Wilhelm Lotze (lawyer)

Wilhelm Lotze (born July 31, 1902 in Königsberg , East Prussia , † June 2, 1983 ) was a German lawyer and politician ( CDU ).

Life and work

After attending school, Lotze studied law. He worked as a lawyer and notary in Arys from 1931 and in Sondershausen from 1939 . From 1939 to 1945 he took part in the Second World War as a soldier . Most recently he was taken prisoner, from which he was released in 1946. From 1947 he worked as a lawyer and notary in Uelzen .

Political party

Lotze was a member of the DNVP until 1933 . After 1945 he joined the CDU.

MP

Lotze was a member of the German Bundestag from November 1, 1954, when he replaced the late MP Hermann Ehlers , until 1957. He was drawn into parliament via the Lower Saxony state list.
