Wilhelm Müller-Wille

Wilhelm Müller-Wille (born October 20, 1906 in Oldenburg-Bürgerfelde , † March 15, 1983 in Münster ) was a German geographer . He was professor and director of the Geographical Institute at the Westphalian Wilhelms University in Münster and from 1946 until his death chairman of the Geographical Commission for Westphalia . In 1953 Müller-Wille was accepted into the Leopoldina . His son Michael Müller-Wille was an archaeologist and rector of the Christian Albrechts University in Kiel .
