Wilhelm Paschek

Wilhelm Paschek (born June 9, 1897 in Heilbrunn / Böhmerwald , † April 23, 1952 in Burgkunstadt ) was a German politician ( WAV , later DP ).

After training as a teacher and farmer, Paschek worked for local political bodies, the German Cultural Association and the Association of War Disabled, Widows and Orphans in Czechoslovakia . In 1927 he became a delegate in the regional culture council in Prague .

After his expulsion, he founded the district association of a refugee group in Lichtenfels and joined the new citizens' association of Günter Goetzendorff in Bavaria . Paschek belonged to the German Bundestag from the first federal election in 1949 until his death . Originally elected as part of the WAV / Neubürgerbund alliance, he switched to the DRP group as an intern on April 28, 1950 , but returned to WAV on January 30, 1951. On December 6, 1951, he moved with the mass of WAV members to the DP, of which he was a member until his death.
