Life

Wilhelm Rohnert was rector of the city school in Rodenberg / Deister from 1861 to 1866 and was ordained to the preaching office during this time in 1863 . Then he was pastor of the Zionsgemeinde in Steinbach-Hallenberg until 1885 , with whom he left the regional church in 1874 and submitted to the upper church college of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in Prussia . In 1885 he was appointed to the post of pastor of the old Lutheran congregation in Waldenburg , where he was retired in 1907.
