The Battle: Roar to Victory (Original title: Bongodong Jeontu ) is a South Korean war film by Won Shin-yeon from 2019. The film is about the Battle of Bongodong (also known in Chinese as Fengwudong ) in the Korean-Manchurian-Russian border region. This took place from June 6th to 7th, 1920 . It was one of the first domestic operations by the Korean Independence Army.

Korea has been under Japanese rule since 1910 . On March 1, 1919 there were independence marches all over Korea, which were bloodily suppressed by the Japanese occupation forces. In 1920 a Japanese battalion was supposed to destroy the Korean resistance in the border region in order to cut off the routes between Shanghai and Korea, on which money and people were smuggled.
The Korean Independence Army is on a mission to bring funds to the Provisional Government of the Republic of Korea in Shanghai . They collide with Captain Lee Jang-ha. Hae-chul had trained him earlier. Jang-ha is on a mission to defend the Samdunja area.

The film opened in South Korean cinemas on August 7, 2019 and reached more than 4.7 million admissions.
