Will Rasner
Will Rasner (born June 14, 1920 in Spellen , † October 15, 1971 in Bonn ) was a German journalist and CDU politician .
Life and work
After graduating from high school, Rasner was in the Reich Labor Service in 1939. From 1939 to 1945 he was in the Wehrmacht, most recently as First Lieutenant dR. From 1945 he worked as an editor and in 1946 deputy editor-in-chief of the Flensburger Tageblatt . In 1946 he was a co-founder and until 1953 chairman of the Schleswig-Holstein Association of Journalists. In 1959 he was promoted to captain dR by the Bundeswehr.
Deputy
Rasner belonged to the German Bundestag from 1953 until his death. He represented the constituency of Flensburg in parliament. Since July 6, 1955, he was Parliamentary Managing Director of the CDU / CSU parliamentary group. At that time he was the youngest member of the board of a parliamentary group. He held this office until his death.
