Willem Gerard Jonkheer van de Poll (born April 1, 1793 in Amsterdam , † May 22, 1872 in The Hague ) was a Dutch politician, descending from the Van de Poll family.

Van de Poll was born as the son of Willem Gerrit van de Poll , the president of the Dutch trading company, and Agnes Johanna Hendrika Graafland from an old patrician family. His political career began in 1814 when he was appointed royal cabinet secretary. In 1815 he went to the Raad van State (Council of State) as secretary , finally after various secretarial posts to obtain a seat in the Raad van State, and in 1829 to become vice-president. Between the years 1848 and 1858 he was its chairman as president. In 1858 Van de Poll was given the honorary title of Minister of State .
