Willenhofen is a district of the municipality of Attenweiler in the district of Biberach in Baden-Württemberg . The hamlet is located about one and a half kilometers northwest of Attenweiler.
Willenhofen was incorporated as part of the municipality of Oggelsbeuren on January 1, 1975 by the union of the municipalities of Attenweiler, Oggelsbeuren and Rupertshofen to Attenweiler.

The place was first mentioned in 1361. It belonged to Grundsheim and came with it in 1361 to the lords of Stadion and finally in 1789 to the princes of Thurn and Taxis .
