Willi Pagelsdorf junior (* in the 20th century ; † before December 30, 1998 in the Hanover region ) was a German rugby player .

Life

Willi Pagelsdorf junior was a grandson of the still with two f written Cooperative Jewelers Karl Pagelsdorff (* 5 February 1870 in Stargard , † March 2, 1935 in Hannover ), a son of a rugby player senior Willi Pagelsdorf ( football club Schwalbe 1899 ) and his wife Mimi Pagelsdorf, née Aschoff, uncle of the future soccer coach Frank Pagelsdorf and the all-round athlete Angelika Pagelsdorf .

Willi Pagelsdorf junior acquired numerous titles through his game, first as a player at SC Germania List , later at TSV Victoria Linden ( German champions 1951-1953).

Because of his achievements, the German President honored Willi Pagelsdorf junior with the award of the silver laurel leaf on June 7, 1953 for the three German rugby championships from 1951 to 1953. He had a fatal accident while driving from Hanover to Bad Pyrmont .
