The gymnastics and sports club Victoria Linden is a sports club in Hanover , which was founded in Linden in 1900 . TSV Victoria Linden was a founding member of the Rugby Bundesliga 1971/1972.

Other departments of the club, in addition to the rugby department, which is now part of the 2nd Bundesliga North , are netball , athletics , triathlon , gymnastics , rehabilitation sports and children's gymnastics .

The rugby team is the most successful German rugby club with 20 championship titles in men's rugby, for the first time in 1928, and 8 cup wins. Other championships were won in 1948, 1951–1956, 1958, 1962, 1965, 1969, 1972, 1975, 1987, 1989, 1992–1994 and 1996.

The TSV won the DRV Cup in 1965, 1966, 1982, 1989 and 1991–1993.

In the European Cup, the team reached the 5th round in 1963/64. In 1996/97 TSV Victoria Linden reached the small final in the Euro Cup, where there was a 39:17 victory over RC DIOK Leiden from the Netherlands. A year later they shared third place with the RG Heidelberg after a 29:17 and a 26:38, as both had 55 game points. A year later they shared third place with the DRC Hanover .

TSV Victoria Linden achieved six championships in the school and youth sector.
