William Postlethwaite
William "Billy" Postlethwaite (* 1989 in Shropshire , England as William John Postlethwaite ) is a British actor . His father was the actor Pete Postlethwaite .
Career
William Postlethwaite was born in 1989 in Shropshire, England. He followed in his father's footsteps and has been taking on roles in film and particularly television since 2011. For example, he was seen in the British crime series Inspector Barnaby and Foyle's War . In 2015 he took on a small role in the thriller Containment .
In 2017 he appeared in Amazon Adventures and Game of Thrones . In 2018 he took on a supporting role in the movie Tomb Raider . Other series appearances followed in Father Brown and Chernobyl . In 2019 he also appeared in a small role in the 1917 war film .
