Willy Bopp
Willy Bopp (born April 3, 1928 in Munich , † October 27, 1979 in Füssen ) was a German industrial clerk and trade unionist and as such a member of the Bavarian Senate .
Live and act
After attending elementary school and commercial vocational school, Bopp completed an apprenticeship as an industrial clerk and was employed by the State Ministry of the Interior from 1947 to 1952 . He later also studied at the Social Academy in Dortmund and stayed for two study visits to the USA . In 1952 he became a full-time employee at ÖTV in Bavaria. After he was deputy chairman from 1961 to 1964, he held the post of regional chairman of the ÖTV in Bavaria from 1964 until his death. He was also a member of the main board of the Federal Association of ÖTV and the large tariff commission for the public service and the regional board of the DGB. From 1968 he was (deputy) chairman of the administrative committee at the regional employment office in Southern Bavaria . He was also a member of the Bavarian Senate from 1972 until his death .
