Winfried Hartmann

Winfried Hartmann (born May 8, 1936 in Arnsberg / Westphalia) is a German politician ( CDU ).

Life

Hartmann later attended the Laurentianum grammar school in other humanistic grammar schools in Recklinghausen and Münster . He passed his high school diploma in 1956. He then began studying law and political science in Münster and Freiburg . He passed his legal traineeship exam in Hamm in 1960. This was followed by his internship in Warendorf, Münster, Berlin, The Hague and Hamm. In 1965 he passed his assessor examination in Düsseldorf and subsequently became assistant to Hans-Julius Wolff at the Institute for Communal Sciences at the University of Münster . He later became a government assessor for the Münster district government, the Borken / Westphalia district and the Ministry of the Interior of North Rhine-Westphalia in Düsseldorf . From 1967 to 1974 he was the general representative of the district director of the district of Meppen . Most recently, he worked as district administration director.

Hartmann became a member of the Junge Union in 1953 and became a member of the CDU in 1969. He was chairman of the CDU city association in Meppen. He also became chairman of the German Library Association in the Lower Saxony State Association and chairman of the library association "Meppener Modell".

He is a member of the Catholic student associations K.St.V. Ravensberg Münster and K.St.V. Brisgovia Freiburg in KV .

Public offices

Hartmann was elected from the eighth to the tenth electoral period as a member of the Lower Saxony state parliament between June 21, 1974 and June 20, 1986. Here he was chairman of the electoral review committee from June 29, 1978 to June 20, 1986.
