Winfried Wottka (born February 17, 1948 ) is a former German soccer player who played for German clubs in the national and regional leagues until 1972 .
Career
The young striker Wottka moved from Union Salzgitter to Bundesliga club Hannover 96 in 1967 . In the 96ers he was a member of the Bundesliga squad for two years. During the entire time he was a supplementary player. He played three games, making his debut in the 2-0 defeat by Alemannia Aachen on matchday 24 of the 1968/69 season . In 1969 he left Hanover and played from then until 1972 for 1. SC Göttingen 05 in the regional league.
