Winzerhaus Augustusweg 96 (Radebeul)
The winegrower's house on Augustusweg 96 is a two-storey building, including the enclosure, which is a listed building in the Oberlößnitz district of the Saxon city of Radebeul . The property stands at the foot of the vineyards in the Radebeuler Goldener Wagen location within the historic Radebeul vineyard conservation area and in the Lößnitz conservation area .
description
The plastered two-storey building with a central projectile , triangular gable and slate-covered hipped roof stands with its eaves parallel to Augustusweg. In the triangular gable there is a semicircular window and underneath a relief with a lion's head related to viticulture . There are shutters on the windows.
In the right side view there is a wooden balcony. There are extensions on the back.
history
The core house was built around 1800. In 1880 an extension for a kitchen and the renovation of the house followed and in 1902 the extension was increased. According to the design by Albert Patitz , the builder Max Umlauft repaired war damage between 1945 and 1947. During this time, the fencing was also carried out with rough sandstone walls and the garden design.
