Witold Pyrkosz
Witold Pyrkosz (born December 24, 1926 in Krasnystaw , † April 22, 2017 in Warsaw ) was a Polish theater and film actor .
biography
Witold Pyrkosz graduated from the Academy of Dramatic Arts (Wyższa Szkoła Aktorska) in Kraków in 1954 . He made his theatrical debut in 1955 at the Stefan Żeromski Theater in Kielce in the play Lekkomyślna siostra (The Careless Sister) by Włodzimierz Perzyński . He made his cinema debut in 1956 in the film Cień (Shadow) by Jerzy Kawalerowicz . He later played many unforgettable roles, including in Meta under Antoni Krauze and Vabank under Juliusz Machulski . The actor was also one of the co-founders and director of Dreptak cabaret .
Pyrkosz was married to Krystyna, with whom he had three children. He was a member of the party of good humor - Partia Dobrego Humoru .
