Vladimir Filippowitsch Malachowski

Wladimir Filippowitsch Malachowski ( Russian Владимир Филиппович Малаховский ; born April 9, 1894 in Saint Petersburg ; † December 29, 1940 ) was a Russian historian and revolutionary .

Malachowski became a Bolshevik in 1911 . During the October Revolution he was a member of the Presidium of the Staff of the Red Guard in Vyborg district, then chairman of the military section of the Petrograd Soviet . In 1919 he worked in the political department of the southern front, then in party and economy.
