Wladislaus Kasimir Seyda , Polish: Władysław Kazimierz Seyda , (born April 22, 1863 in Lobsens ; † February 26, 1939 ) was a lawyer, Polish minister and member of the Prussian House of Representatives and the German Reichstag .

Life

Seyda attended the Gymnasium in Deutsch Krone and the University of Breslau . In 1883 he became a trainee lawyer, in 1889 an assessor, in 1889 a lawyer at the Krotoschin District Court , in 1891 at the Poznan Regional Court and in 1903 at the Poznan Higher Regional Court. He was also a member of various scientific, political and social associations. From 1907 to 1918 he was a member of the German Reichstag for the constituency of Posen 8 Wreschen , Pleschen , Jarotschin and the Polish parliamentary group . Between 1918 and 1919 he was chairman of the Polish National People's Council in Poznan, from 1919 to 1920 Minister for the former Prussian area and from 1924 to 1928 chairman of the Supreme Court.
