History and description

The residential building on Heidelberger Landstrasse is a two-storey, eaves-standing, brown-red brick building that was built around 1930. The ground floor is emphasized by quarry stone masonry . The flat sloping gable roof has a beaver tail covering . The asymmetrical, expressively emphasized facade has an idiosyncratic cubic bay window which is supported by a central console . The entrance door and the garage door are designed as ironed bronze doors with a graphically asymmetrical rectangular pattern.

Monument protection

For architectural and city history reasons, the building is a cultural monument .
