Wolfgang Bühler (Manager)
Wolfgang Bühler (born October 10, 1932 in Nuremberg ) is a German manager.
Life
The son of Hans Bühler (1903-1997), the chairman of the electrical company AEG - Telefunken from 1966 to 1970 was studied law and graduated with the doctorate to Dr. jur. from. Wolfgang Bühler became a deputy member of the board of directors of AEG-Telefunken in 1970 and then a full member in 1973, and at the same time head of the AEG home appliance factory in Nuremberg.
In 1976 he married Madeleine Schickedanz , the only daughter of Grete and Gustav Schickedanz , founder and owner of the mail order company Quelle . The marriage had two children.
In 1976 he changed to the management of the Schickedanz group, in March 1977 Gustav Schickedanz died. From 1989 he was chairman of the board of Gustav and Grete Schickedanz Holding KG and chairman of the board of trustees of the Gustav and Grete Schickedanz Foundation .
