Wolfgang Neuhaus (born July 23, 1952 in Oberhausen - Sterkrade ) is a German editor and translator .

He studied history, early history and education at the Ruhr University Bochum and first worked in the newspaper and publishing industry.

Freelance since 1987, he has worked by Lydia Adamson, George C. Chesbro, Rosemary Cohen, Max Allan Collins , Pat Conroy, Donna W. Cross , Ovid Demaris , Ken Follett , David Gemmell , Thomas Gifford , Leonore Fleischer, Mel Gilden, Sonny Girard, James Grady, Lisa Huang, Graham Joyce , Ross King, Stephen King , William Kowalski, Anthony Mancini, Mardi Oakley Medawar, James Michener , Ed Naha, Hilary Norman, Barry Reed, Laura J. Rowland , Robert J. Schoenberg, KT Smith, Madge Swindells, Colin F. Taylor, Philip Trevinnard, Barry Unsworth and Janice Woods Windle translated into German. His adaptations include novels by Dan Brown , Cody McFadyen and Ken Follett .

In addition, translations come from non-fiction books on North American and Native American history and culture, including through the Civil War , the Indian Wars , the Dog Soldiers of the Cheyenne and the Okipa ceremony of the Mandan in the records of the painter, writer and explorer George Catlin .
