Wolfgang Preussger

Wolfgang Preußger (* 1967 in Munich ) is a German actor .

Life

Wolfgang Preußger is a trained banker and business economist . After various professional positions in business and information technology as an information and media specialist, he came to acting over a 6-year period at the Munich amateur stage HVB-Theater . It was only later that he decided to take a 3-year full-time training course as an actor at the International School for Drama and Acting in Munich. He then began his professional acting career in various film and television productions.

Preussger was seen in smaller roles in various short films (including Red Cell , Sigillum and Verzeih mir, Vater ), feature films (including Day X , Five Years ) and TV series (including Tatort , Soko Munich , K11 - Commissioners in action ). He made his feature film debut in 2017 with the film Five Years as presiding judge in a court scene with verdicts being pronounced. He had his first purely commercial role engagement in 2019 with the feature film Tag X (director: Manuel Weiss ) - with Carina Diesing and Tobias Kay in the leading roles - as a retired detective.

Preußger is married and lives in Landsberg am Lech .
