Wolfgang Roddewig

Wolfgang Roddewig (* around 1931 ) is a German entrepreneur and diplomat .

Life

Roddewig comes from Köthen (Anhalt) . After completing a business apprenticeship , he came to Brazil in 1952 at the request of his widowed aunt on the Argentine emigrant ship Alberto Dodero to take care of the organization of their sugar mill in Laranjeiras ( Sergipe ). In 1957 he moved to Salvador and founded the Technico company there, which sells construction machinery, forklifts and tractors.

In addition to his entrepreneurial activities, he took over the office of German honorary consul for Bahia and Sergipe in the early 1980s . In May 2005 he retired from office.
