The Women's Regional Handball League 2010/11 was the 3rd season of the Women's Regional Handball League . The season started on September 2, 2010 and ended with the final on May 22, 2011.

ŽRK Budućnost Podgorica was able to successfully defend the title in front of Podravka Vegeta and ŽRK Zaječar .

mode

First a basic round consisting of a round trip was played, in which one team had no play on every match day due to the odd number of teams. The four best teams took part in a placement tournament , the Final Four .

Basic round

Hypo Niederösterreich and RK Borac Banja Luka decided in the course of the season to leave the competition early. As a result, four or three games each with 10-0 for the opposing team were penalized and punished with one point each. In addition, the two clubs were excluded from participating in the Final Four. The game Hypo Niederösterreich against RK Borac Banja Luka, at which time both teams had already withdrawn from the competition, was rated 10-0 for the hosts from Austria.
