The Women's Regional Handball League 2009/10 was the 2nd season of the Women's Regional Handball League . The season began on September 9, 2009 and ended with the final on June 6, 2010.

The title went to the Montenegrin association ŽRK Budućnost Podgorica before Hypo Niederösterreich from Austria . Defending champion Podravka Vegeta , who was in the lead after the regular season, achieved third place.

In contrast to the premiere season, the mode was changed as follows: First, a basic round consisting of a round trip was played. The four best teams took part in a placement tournament , the Final Four .
