Andrea Kobetić (born November 13, 1985 in Zagreb , born Andrea Penezić ) is a Croatian handball player . Your playing position is back left .

Career

Kobetić initially played for RK Kustošija Zagreb . Her next two clubs were RK Lokomotiva Zagreb and ŽRK Podravka Vegeta , with whom she won the Croatian championship. Then Kobetić moved to the top Slovenian club RK Krim Ljubljana , with whom she won the championship and the Slovenian Cup several times. In the summer of 2014 she signed a contract with the Macedonian association ŽRK Vardar SCBT . With Vardar she won the Macedonian Championship in 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018 and the Macedonian Cup in 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018. In the summer of 2018 she joined the Hungarian association Siófok KC . With Siófok, she won the EHF Cup in 2019 and scored the most goals in the competition with 75 goals. Kobetić announced her retirement at the end of the 2019/20 season, but decided to play another year during the COVID-19 pandemic .

She played 141 international matches for the Croatian women's handball team . At the European Handball Championship in 2010 she was the top scorer of the Croatian national team. In summer 2012 she took part in the Olympic Games in London . After the European Championship in 2014 , she ended her international playing career.
