background

Theo Hutchcraft, the duo's singer, commented on the content of the song in an interview with the Digital Spy website :

“It's basically based on two extremes: the first being a man who wants to kill himself and the second being love at first sight. He's standing on the bridge about to jump and he's stopped by a woman. They see each other and fall in love. She basically says, 'Come with me, it's all going to be fine'. The song only offers a snippet of someone's life, so we don't know what happens at the end of it. "

“It [the song] is based on two extremes: on the one hand, a man who wants to commit suicide, and on the other hand, love at first sight. He is standing on a bridge ready to jump and a woman is preventing him from jumping. You see and fall in love. She says, 'Come with me, everything will be fine'. The song is only about a small part of a life, so we don't know what will happen in the end. "
